“I used to complain, but then I realised.”
These days everyone has their fair share of problems. The fast moving pace of the world, the quickly evolving technology with the socials that keep individuals stuck to the screen at all times. The ever-improving algorithm of socials are doing a good job of keeping the most valuable thing in today’s day and age, i.e, Attention. All tech companies of the world are investing most of their resources to capture this valuable resource.
The young adults are the ones who are most affected by this. Teenage & Adulthood are times when one must be exploring all of the possible domains in lookout for a good career to pursue, explore and expand one’s mindset. We may or may not realise but somewhere down we get stuck to this loop of ‘complaining’. We start complaining about how social media being addictive and we often find people who tend to self-stab themselves for overly using these socials, without even realising.
I found myself struggling with the problem of “complaining”. My failure of not being able to complete a particular task or spending too much time scrolling socials has only bought in guilt and anger towards my own-self for wasting precious time. Complaining leads Nowhere. It just makes a small problem seem a lot bigger than it actually is. I basically found it as an escape from the problem I wasn’t able to tackle OR found difficult to tackle.
Complaining doesn’t help. Taking Action does. Small Steps. One at a Time. Slow & Easy.
